ESPN Star Sports (ESS) via its STAR Cricket channel was the The official broadcaster of the 2011 Cricket World Cup Final experienced all-time high TRPs, and had raised ad rates for 10 second slots during the finals to 24 lakh (US$45,600), prior to the finals.[4] A 24 hour HD simulcast of Star Cricket launched on 19 July and is available on Videocon D2h,Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV.
